    Michael Hance has been a driving force in both the circus and flow arts community and the world of finance. With a deep-rooted passion for the circus arts, he has spent over a decade volunteering his time and expertise to help build and support the community, all while excelling in his professional finance career. Michael has served as the voluntary CFO of the European Juggling Association (EJA) since 2020, overseeing financial management for the organisation, ensuring that its resources are effectively allocated to support its mission of promoting circus arts across Europe.
