At the European Juggling Association (EJA) and within our conventions, we are committed to creating a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and supported.
✅ Welcome Behavior
We expect all members of our community to:
- Be the engaged and caring community member you know how to be. ❤️
- Treat others with respect and honor their boundaries.
- Ask for consent before engaging in personal or physical interaction.
- Aim for collaboration and be a team player.
- Actively help or intervene when someone is in distress or facing harmful situations.
- Be mindful of others and your surroundings.
- Respect the physical space.
- Report violations of this code of conduct (with the consent of the affected person).
❌ Unwelcome Behavior
The following behaviors are not tolerated in our community:
- Harassment, violence, or threats of violence.
- Intimidation or extortion.
- Stalking.
- All forms of abuse and discrimination.
- Use of discriminatory, harmful, or demeaning language, insults, jokes, or symbols.
- Spreading sensitive or private information or images.
- Inappropriate or non-consensual physical contact, photography, or recordings.
- Tolerating or ignoring harmful actions or language from others.
